⚠️ Loan Services:

Josh Riders does not provide, arrange, or broker loans, and is not connected to any bank or NBFC. We provide general information and consultancy only. Any loan is solely between you and the financial institution you choose to approach. We do not earn any commission from lenders.

⚠️ Insurance:

Motor insurance is offered by the founder acting as a licensed IRDAI agent of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Josh Riders itself is not an insurer. Policies are issued by, and claims settled by, New India Assurance. Where you choose to proceed, your details may be shared with New India Assurance to issue your policy.

14.4 Licensing

Josh Riders operates as an independent information and consultancy platform. For loans, we are not a bank, NBFC, lender, broker, or DSA, and we are not connected to any lender. For motor insurance, the founder is a licensed IRDAI agent of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. We use Razorpay (RBI-authorised) for platform fee payments and Sandbox.co.in for KYC verification.
