Request permanent deletion of your Josh Riders account and personal data

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to all services, quotations, consultancy records, and insurance records. This process cannot be reversed.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you submit a deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address
Account Data: Login credentials, user profile
Service Records: Truck quotations, consultancy requests, insurance records
Documents: Uploaded ID proofs, RC documents, insurance papers
Financial Data: Payment history, transaction records
Activity Logs: App usage history, session data
CIBIL Records: Credit score checks and improvement plans

Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance:

Legal Requirements: Data required by law (tax records, KYC documents) will be retained for the legally mandated period
Fraud Prevention: Records of fraudulent activity may be retained for security purposes
Dispute Resolution: Data related to ongoing disputes will be retained until resolution
Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be deleted within 30 days

Deletion Process Timeline

Your data deletion request has been submitted. We will verify your identity and send confirmation to your email within 1-2 business days. The complete deletion process will be finished within 30 days.

Alternative: Temporary Account Deactivation

If you're not ready to permanently delete your account, consider these alternatives:

Log Out: Simply log out and don't use the app. Your data will be automatically deleted after 2 years of inactivity.
Contact Support: Ask us to temporarily deactivate your account while preserving your data for future reactivation.
