Users must provide accurate information. Josh Riders is not liable for any decisions made by banks, NBFCs, or insurers based on information you provide to them independently.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Josh Riders provides information and consultancy only. Any loan or insurance is decided solely by the financial institution you choose to approach. We do not guarantee approval and are not connected to any lender or insurer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Calculations provided by the Fare Calculator or Truck Quotations are estimates. Actual costs and profits may vary. We are not liable for business losses based on these estimates.

5. CIBIL & Credit Information

Buying a product through our platform does not directly increase your credit score. However, if a purchase is financed through a real credit account and EMIs are paid on time, it may help build a positive repayment history.

1. Service Fees

Fees charged for services like detailed CIBIL Checks, Bank Matching, or custom Truck Quotations are generally non-refundable once the service processing has been initiated.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before processing begins, please contact our support team immediately. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

3. Exceptions

If we are entirely unable to deliver a promised digital service (e.g., system failure preventing a CIBIL pull), a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
